Biography

Megan Betke is a dedicated librarian and researcher specializing in instruction and information literacy. Based out of the Hudson Valley, she is currently a Visiting Librarian at SUNY New Paltz and was recently a Research Fellow at the Thomas Cole National Historic Site, focusing on archival research and public history. Previously, she served in the U.S. House of Representatives as a Caseworker, Staff Assistant, and Intern, gaining experience in public service, policy research, and administrative support. With a strong background in education and community engagement, she is committed to promoting information access and critical research skills.
